E-Learning
Online training is at the core of what we do, and we offer cultural coaching packages and language training services via web conferencing and distance learning modules as well as supporting the more traditional face-to-face and in house approach. Before the onset of training, our clients and their direct reports agree on a training package and a detailed needs analysis is performed to ensure the most efficient and effective course is offered.
Online language training is quickly becoming the method of choice for international managers looking to improve their language skills. The flexibility that it offers to trainees allows the course to be run at the pace of the individual and takes into account presentations and meetings as they come up in the learner's work life. The small class sizes also enable trainees to retain the information and keep a consistent schedule to gradually build upon skills being learned. We deliver short seminars (ranging from 30-80 minutes, including Q&A) transmitted live over the Web at the request of our clients. This option allows our Language Trainers to share information simultaneously, across our client's geographically dispersed locations in real-time. A participant can be either an individual person or group. Easy to use and set-up, some software will need to be installed by the participants. Participants will only need access to the internet, headsets or a telephone. Sessions we have recently run include “Communicating Across Cultures”, “Hosting International Meetings”, “Preparing for an International Negotiation” as well as urgent country-specific briefings. |

The modules are interactive and explore a range of issues of key importance to anybody working with people from different cultural backgrounds. The program will allow an employee to explore, at their own pace and convenience, a framework for understanding and responding to today's international workplace.
